I'm just getting back into the swing of things after my amazing trip to the NYC area, and I wanted to tell you all about it!
I flew into Newark airport, and Uncle Eric picked me up and we drove over to Staten Island on Tuesday Feb 4th to check into our lovely rental. I was so fortunate to be able to play with some good friends and clients on Tuesday evening once we all got settled in for the week.
On Wednesday, Feb 5th, I got the chance to get my fave NY bagels with lox cream cheese, a staple of my diet when I grew up on Long Island. We walked around a chilly 9/11 Memorial Park munching on bagels and freshly brewed coffee (we are both coffee freaks!). A midday session was followed by our first trip into the City by way of the Staten Island Ferry. A quick and easy trip by subway to the Purple Passion store where we met up with the owner who showed us down to the basement where there was a little hidden dungeon behind an old metal door. How exciting to be shown this secret playroom in the heart of NYC! While I didn't find anything to purchase, the pickings were certainly tempting. From there, we headed to the Leatherman gay leather shop, where we tried on various pairs of leather pants to no avail. Sadly, they were out of our size, but the folks there were awesome, so if you're shopping for leather, go and seek these guys out, they are another staple of the NY BDSM and gay scenes.
That brings us to Thursday, Feb 6th where a couple more outstanding sessions, followed by a second trip into the City. This time, we had Broadway tickets to see the Book of Mormon. What a hysterical musical, we loved it and can highly recommend it! A post show trip to a NY diner completed the evening, and we headed back to the rental via the Staten Island Ferry.
Friday, Feb 7th was a jam packed day with multiple solo and doubles sessions. After our last epic role play scene, we quickly got dressed and headed back into the city by way of the SI Ferry. Only this time, instead of taking subways to our destination, we were able to Uber there in record time. Up to the penthouse suite we went, where we attended a private birthday play party. Dressed up as 1930's gangster Lady, Bette, these pics capture a bday caning of the birthday girl!
We played into the wee hours of Saturday morning, and then it was no rest for the wicked since we had to be up early for another fabulous doubles session with a very naughty boy. After that, we hopped into the car, and drove south to Washington DC, where we attended the Risque event at the Crucible. for 4 hours, I spanked, strapped and caned my little heart out on stage in rhythm with the music. The house was rocking that night, and by the end of it, I had played with over 14 folks! Man, was I a tired Spanker Lady! But again, little sleep and lots of playing culminated in a final session on Sunday morning. After a lovely duo scene, we packed up the rental, and hit the road. I flew out of Dulles airport Sunday late afternoon.
What a whirlwind of a trip! I can't wait to do it again, too. I met so many new clients and friends, it won't be long before I get back to the City that doesn't sleep!
